Providing great services at affordable rates is our top priority, but we are not responsible for any failures, delays, or errors that are caused by third-party suppliers. Our liability for any direct financial loss is limited, as specified in Clause 9.4.
Your data will be used and processed in strict accordance with our privacy policy. We may conduct inquiries into your supply details to provide price estimations or lead to a contract or possibly a transfer.
We are not subject to liability for any failure to comply with our obligations due to circumstances that are beyond our reasonable control, such as strike-related events, natural phenomena, or regulatory changes in the marketplace.
Failure to comply with any right in a timely manner does not qualify as a waiver of that right unless explicitly acknowledged in writing.
